Transacting on the web, the simple way.

How do I ensure I get the best information and systems to help me make my targets?

  1. Start with your customers needs. What makes you succeed offline should be the core of what you do online.  Understanding the customers buying process and tailoring your online presence to ensure they have the best possible chance of shopping with you is key to your success.  We help you understand this and incorporate this in the online experience.
  2. Know where your customers come from. Online trading is a 24/7 activity, worldwide.  Have the backup and resources in place that will ensure the experience is the same at 2am in Tokyo as it is at 2pm in Toronto.
  3. Keep your store stocked. Efficient stocking protocols will ensure that your customers don’t experience bare shelves.  Tying cash up in stock is also a no-no.  Start with rolling out services as you test the market and build up your customers buying profiles.
  4. Keep your customers informed. On average it takes 6 points of contact to generate a customer, ensure that your 6 are targeted at gaining a new client and his/her business into the future.  Once generated, you must ensure a 2 way process keeps them buying with you.  Keeping customers costs a fraction of generating new ones.  Get them in bricks and mortar store if this is possible of applies.  If not, keep them informed of your business and how it benefits them.
  5. Update and keep focused. Transacting on the web is an ongoing task.  No business can afford to reduce the time and effort spent on achieving success by assuming it will continue.  Keep improving your communications and work with your customers to meet their needs.
